Formerly an agent for Bayleys Real Estate on the North Shore, Andrew specialised in the sale of Luxury homes. Andrew grew from being Bayleys “Rookie of the year” to being one of their most successful agents topping sales in his office each year.
Renowned for dealing with Waterfront properties from Rothesay Bay to Takapuna beach, Andrew carved a niche in this area building relationships with his clients who enjoyed his relaxed attitude but respected his absolute knowledge of his product.
During his last year at Bayleys he held the highest sale ever recorded in Birkenhead Point, Rothesay Bay, Campbells Bay and Milford helping him put together sales in excess of $40million.
Owning a lakefront property himself and living locally in Milford, Andrew is passionate about fine property and loves dealing with his vendors to achieve the best possible result.
