James specialises in both the residential and lifestyle market. Living on a lifestyle block and having experience in the development of lifestyle properties he has a strong foundation and understanding of that section of the market.

He is committed to integrity, respect, patience, resilience and preparation which serves him well with sellers and buyers alike. James prides himself on excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of people from all walks of life.
Prior to joining Precision, James was part of the successful Lifestyle team at Bayleys Albany working with a strong database of both national and international buyers.
Born and bred on the North Shore, James has a wealth of local knowledge. He is a former Kristin School pupil, where son Harry now attends.
